Responsibilities

Delivery Execution

Segment Delivery Strategy - Define and drive the NAM Tech delivery roadmap aligned to overall technology vision and customer needs.
Project Delivery: Ensure end-to-end delivery of technical projects including requirements gathering, milestone planning, technical solutioning, documentation, execution, and final delivery. 

Client Ownership

Customer Outcomes - Ensure measurable outcomes for NAM stakeholders and customers across the solution delivery portfolio. 
Client-facing Lead: Act as the main point of contact for client-facing technical projects, helping to set expectations around scope and timeline and re-prioritizing as needed.  
Stakeholder Engagement: Lead transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and challenges. 

Team and Strategy

People Leadership - Build and mentor a high-performing solution delivery organization across NAM. 
Cross-functional Leadership: Exercise strategic influence across NAM Tech teams (Engineering, Content, Ops/DevOps, Deployment etc.) and client teams to coordinate seamless execution. 
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, create mitigation strategies, and drive the team to resolve solution delivery portfolio roadblocks with minimal impact. 
Process Improvement: Lead the identification and implementation of improvements in project delivery processes to drive continuous improvement and scalability.
Capabilities
Accountability & Ownership: Takes end-to-end responsibility for NAM outcomes.
Influence & Communication: Builds alignment and drives clarity across senior stakeholders.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Advocates for the voice of the customer and balances global standardization with regional needs.

Qualifications

Required:

10+ years of experience in project or program management, with technical project experience, with at least 4 years in people management position.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
Technical background and understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, and software deployment practices.
Experience with API-based software integrations.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project tools.
Proven ability to manage distributed and cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

Bachelors Degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer science or related fields
Experience in QSR, digital signage, or retail technology industries..
Familiarity with Content Management platforms.
$154,000 - $175,000 a year

Full Salary Range: $154,000/year (minimum), $164,500/year (midpoint), $175,000/year (maximum).

Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well-qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications but have more limited directly relevant experience for this specific role are typically placed nearer the minimum, while highly experienced candidates with strong role alignment may be placed closer to the maximum.
