Job description

Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida is seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist for our new Sebring outpatient location. We are seeking an individual to grow this new office that is situated in the heart of Sebring to provide important cardiac access to patients in the area. This clinic would run 4-5 days per week with an administrative day if desired. There is no requirement for in‑person call coverage, however home outpatient call coverage for the region is expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat congenital and acquired heart conditions in infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care.
  • Opportunities exist for involvement in community outreach, patient education, and program development to advance preventive cardiology efforts.
Qualifications
  • Candidates with interest in exercise physiology or preventative cardiology are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • MD, DO, or international equivalent (MBBS, MBChB, etc.) from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an ACGME‑accredited fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics.
