Position Summary

VACU seeks dedicated faculty to teach in the Undergraduate Business Administration and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. Faculty will deliver high-quality instruction, assess learning outcomes, advise students, and contribute to continuous program improvement.

  • Ethics, Global/Cross-Cultural Business

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses (on-campus; hybrid/online as needed)
  • Develop syllabi, assignments, and assessments aligned to program outcomes
  • Advise and mentor students; hold regular office hours
  • Participate in curriculum review, assessment, and committee service
  • Integrate Christian worldview and ethical decision-making where appropriate

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate courses: Master’s degree in a business-related field (required)
  • MBA courses: Doctorate (DBA/PhD) preferred; exceptional master’s + significant industry/teaching experience considered
  • Proven college-level teaching effectiveness (online/hybrid a plus)
  • Relevant professional/industry experience strongly valued
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collegiality
