Ton impact

Tu agis comme leader de la fonction production et tu es responsable d’assurer des activités efficaces, robustes, agiles et évolutives, afin de soutenir la croissance de Base Camp Connect et la livraison de ses solutions innovantes sur le terrain.

Tu mobilise, structure et développe une équipe, ainsi que les processus et les outils nécessaires afin d’assurer la performance globale de la production, tout en soutenant la croissance et l’introduction rapide de nouveaux produits.

Tu joues un rôle central dans l’alignement entre les priorités de production, les besoins d’approvisionnement, l’évolution des capacités manufacturières et les objectifs stratégiques de l’organisation.

Tes responsabilités

  • Bâtir, mobiliser et faire évoluer une équipe autonome, engagée et performante
  • Aligner la production avec les priorités stratégiques de l’entreprise
  • Transformer la production afin de soutenir la croissance, améliorer la performance manufacturière et accélérer l’innovation
  • Identifier et résoudre les enjeux systémiques de production afin de mettre en place des processus robustes, efficaces et évolutifs
  • Optimiser en continu les flux opérationnels et piloter la performance globale à l’aide d’indicateurs clés
  • Assurer l’excellence dans la livraison des innovations, notamment en soutenant l’introduction rapide de nouveaux produits et technologies, et agir comme lien stratégique entre les différents départements.
  • Définir et superviser les stratégies d’approvisionnement, d’inventaire et de chaîne d’approvisionnement, ainsi que l’efficacité des systèmes (incluant l’ERP) et du cycle opérationnel de bout en bout.

  Expérience :  
  • Environ 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de production ou dans un rôle similaire
