Job description

About Keeta

Keeta is the international brand of Meituan, the world's leading food delivery platform. Guided by the mission of "helping people eat better and live better," we bring 15 years of Meituan's technology and operational expertise to global markets. Since launching in 2023, we have grown from Hong Kong to the Middle East and Brazil — building real value for users, merchants, and delivery partners in every community we serve.

About Mars Program

Mars Program is Keeta's flagship leadership accelerator — a strategic investment in the next generation of business leaders for Brazil. This is not a traditional hire. We are looking for high-potential talents who want to build a long-term career in Brazil, understand the food delivery business end-to-end, and grow into future leaders of this organization.

You will be assigned to one of the four core pillars of our business — Merchant, Consumer, Delivery, and Business Analytics — gaining a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of what it takes to build and scale a world-class food delivery platform.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will evolve across business areas, and may include:

  1. Drive merchant acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to grow Keeta's supply-side ecosystem in Brazil.
  2. Design and execute consumer growth and retention initiatives, tailoring strategies to local user behavior and market dynamics.
  3. Optimize delivery operations — improving efficiency, rider experience, and fulfillment quality in the Brazilian market.
  4. Conduct business analysis to translate data into strategic insights, supporting key decisions across functions.
  5. Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, collaborating with local and global teams to solve real business challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Full-time international MBA required. We seek candidates who have completed or are completing a full-time MBA program, bringing a global perspective and the academic foundation to lead in a complex, fast-growing market.
  • Background: Experience in consulting, finance, tech, fast-moving consumer goods, or management trainee programs is a strong fit. Candidates from outside the industry with demonstrated high potential are equally welcome.
  • Language: Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Mindset: Humble, hands-on, curious, resilient — excited by the ambiguity of building something from scratch, not just managing what's already there.

Why Join Mars Program

  1. High Starting Point — a dual recognition of your past achievements and future potential. This is our commitment to attracting top talent.
  2. End-to-End Business Exposure — specialize in one of our four core pillars. Build the holistic view and foundational logic of the food delivery business that most professionals spend a decade trying to piece together.
  3. Executive Mentorship & Visibility — Enter a high-visibility talent pool with direct access to senior leadership, intensive coaching, and exposure to real strategic decisions.
  4. World-Class Methodology — Benefit from Meituan's 15 years of deep industry know-how and scientific operating frameworks, now being applied to crack one of the world's most exciting new markets.
