Rejoignez une entreprise engagée dans la durabilité et l'innovation dans le secteur forestier. Nous recherchons un contrôleur financier passionné pour superviser la santé financière de nos filiales forestières, garantissant ainsi la rentabilité et le suivi des opérations.
Poste : Contrôleur financier - filiales forestières secteur Dolbeau.
Missions principales
  • Superviser le cycle comptable complet des filiales et optimiser les méthodes de calcul des coûts de revient (directs/indirects) pour maximiser la rentabilité opérationnelle ;
  • Piloter la planification budgétaire et réaliser des analyses de variance poussées pour orienter les décisions stratégiques de la direction et des actionnaires;
  • Diriger et mentoriser les équipes comptables des filiales tout en agissant comme conseiller financier clé auprès des différents départements pour aligner les objectifs globaux ;
  • Garantir l'intégrité de l'information financière (normes NCECF), produire des rapports de gestion et accompagner les processus d'audits internes et externes.
