DASI is embracing the potential of online sales and their digital marketplace, which has been growing exponentially and has tremendous potential with the right technology team in place to support and take it to the next level. 

Purpose:

At DASI, the Program Representative will be tasked to ensure the day-to-day operation of the program between DASI and its partners. The Program Representative will be responsible for issuing, coordinating, and managing purchase orders, as well as all steps of the process, ensuring parts get delivered to customers right first time within the agreed lead-time. The Program Representative will serve as the lead point of contact for the day-to-day account management matters.
 

Key accountabilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational needs of the programs assigned.
  • Manage order expedites and updates.
  • Issue escalations to Program Manager.
  • Support monthly reviews with metrics.
  • Update and produce operational reporting.
  • Identify business growth opportunities.
  • Support program risk management.
  • Highlight and develop process efficiency and improvements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
