Help Deliver the Future of Mail & Package Automation at the U.S. Postal Service

Ready to launch your project management career on projects that impact millions of Americans every day?

Join MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) and support one of the nation's largest and most innovative engineering organizations-the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Every day, millions of packages move across the country through an incredible network of cutting-edge automation systems. Behind that technology is a team of engineers and project managers driving the next generation of mail and package processing equipment. This is your opportunity to be part of that team.

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll help manage exciting technology projects involving some of the world's largest automated sorting systems-equipment spanning the size of football fields. You'll collaborate with engineers, industry-leading manufacturers, and USPS leadership to bring innovative solutions from concept through nationwide deployment.

If you're organized, energetic, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As part of the USPS Technology Acquisition Management team, you will:

  • Coordinate technical projects from planning through implementation
  • Track schedules, milestones, budgets, and project deliverables
  • Develop and present project status reports and executive briefings
  • Work closely with engineers, vendors, and USPS stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Coordinate equipment delivery, installation schedules, and site readiness across USPS facilities
  • Support pilot implementations and nationwide technology rollouts
  • Assist with developing user training and implementation documentation
  • Monitor project risks and help resolve issues before they impact schedules
  • Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams, suppliers, and executive leadership
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized while building relationships with technical teams and customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience
  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or technology projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Why You'll Love This Role
  • Work on nationally visible technology initiatives
  • Support some of the largest automated processing systems in the world
  • Collaborate with engineers developing next-generation automation solutions
  • Gain experience working directly with USPS leadership and major technology vendors
  • See your work move from concept to nationwide implementation
  • Grow your career in project management while working on meaningful, high-impact projects
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel as project needs require
  • Flexibility to support occasional off-hours project activities
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required government background investigation
