Job description

LR-Associates, LLC (LRA) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) graduated 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Logistics Support; Facilities Management (Operations & Maintenance); and Program Management. We support Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Private Industry by offering skilled personnel throughout a wide-array of technical disciplines.
We are seeking Part Time Custodial Workers- (Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm) work up to 40 hrs every two weeks, in high-end government office buildings. Must have a minimum of 1 year of Custodial experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, pull trash etc.)
  • Clean Locker Rooms and Showers
  • Carry out all assigned cleaning tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies
  • Stock, maintain and resupply Restrooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Must follow all health and safety regulations requirements
