The Contingent Plan has been engaged to fill this exciting executive role with a transportation organization serving a major urban market. This position sets the strategy and leads the teams through the initiatives. Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. The client is interested in the right candidate and will consider people outside of the area if they are willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
  • Manages overall financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
  • Provides a variety of documents, reports, and programs for the organization
  • Creates and develops an effective management team to implement the initiatives of the organization's operations and administrative functions.
  • Ensures objects are met and are in alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Plans large-scale initiatives and program delivery to maintain compliance across the network.
  • Coordinates with other organizations, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Creates and supports an inclusive culture at every level.
  • Engages staff encourages innovation, rewards performance, and instills trust.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, public administration, transportation, or related. MBA and/or MPA are a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in business administration/transportation.
  • Must have at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience in the public sector is a plus.
