Job description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Operations Specialists to join our team in Herndon Virginia, Dallas Texas and Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manages the internal business rhythm, organizational workflows, and master administrative controls within a Program Management Office.
* Authorize procedural standards for executive correspondence, validate information dissemination protocols, and implement process improvements to optimize administrative efficiency.
* Orchestrates administrative support operations for a large-scale logistics and sustainment program across the Pacific theater, ensuring seamless headquarters synchronization.
* Manage executive calendar synchronization, coordinate high-level meeting requirements, and direct the tracking of contract wide action items and milestones.
* Oversee the preparation, review, and routing of official program correspondence and deliverable notifications to Mission Partners to maintain operational readiness.
* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below. Minimum Qualifications: Senior Level * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Midlevel * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
* Proficiency in office automation tools, calendar management, and database tracking systems. Junior Level * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in a related discipline.
* Experience supporting PMO operations for USSOCOM or USPACOM major commands.
* Expertise in managing executive-level military correspondence and action-item tracking systems.
* Professional certification in Project or Operations Management (e.g., PMP or CAPM). Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
