Responsibilities

  • Drive visibility and accountability across cross‑functional teams (R&D, engineering, operations)
  • Support and enhance the IBP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, financial targets, and product strategy
  • Translate portfolio and product roadmaps into actionable plans within IBP cycles
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the 5‑year strategic plan
  • Align portfolio decisions with long‑term business objectives and market trends
  • Support leadership in tracking strategy execution and performance metrics
