An MBA Leadership Development Program Internship is a structured summer internship designed for MBA students to gain hands-on experience in leadership roles within a company. These programs typically rotate interns through multiple departments or projects, allowing them to develop strategic, managerial, and analytical skills. The internships often serve as a pipeline for full-time leadership development programs after graduation and are geared toward preparing future leaders for key positions within the organization.
