Description
ALL4 is looking for a Business Administration Manager to lead the Business Administration (BizAdmin) Department. This individual will oversee the administrative systems, programs, and personnel that support efficient and scalable business operations. This position provides operational leadership, people management, and cross-functional coordination. while serving as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders. It is preferred to have the Business Administration Manager work at ALL4's headquarters located in Kimberton, PA.
Requirements
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support.
  • Lead the coordination of cross-functional administrative activities to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely execution, within Overhead departments, corporate disciplines, merger and acquisition activity and other initiatives.
  • Work with the Executive Assistant on recruitment and hiring needs of administrative personnel to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Coordinate and develop team members to enhance performance, professional growth, and align with company objectives.
  • Create, monitor, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve administrative effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor departmental performance, guiding the team to meet or exceed operational, service, and efficiency goals.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement best practices.
  • Delegate work effectively across the BizAdmin team to maximize team efficiency, accountability, and development.
  • Oversee the development and facilitation of training sessions, onboarding programs, and team-building workshops.
  • Serve as a senior resource for the BizAdmin team, stepping in to ensure continuity of operations and resolve complex or escalated administrative needs.
  • Ensure sensitive and confidential matters are handled with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in business administration, executive support, operations, or related roles.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro skills, as well as analytical skills and graphics software capabilities.
  • Ability to develop and lead trainings and team building sessions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading administrative operations, managing projects and cross-functional programs or work flows, and collaborating with business leaders to improve processes and support organizational objectives.
  • Five or more years of experience leading administrative teams, programs, or functions, including responsibility for performance management, staffing, delegation, workload prioritization, and staff development and coaching.
  • Strong operational judgment with the ability to design, implement, and improve administrative systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Ability to assess operational risks, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
