Job description

Location: Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South Caucasus

Responsibilities
  • Mapping, engaging and assisting in acquisitions of meetings with relevant stakeholders, including in national government bodies, regional and municipal administrations, other state bodies;
  • Preparation of policy briefs, desk research, regulatory analysis, client reports;
  • Continuous expert support on specific policy or governance requests, including on client calls and via email;
  • Monitoring of regulation changes across a number of industries with impact assessment on client business.
Qualifications
  • Fluent written and oral English, Russian. Proficiency in local languages is an advantage;
  • Graduate (MBA, MA, MSc, LLM, etc) degree, preferably from established overseas universities;
  • 1-4 years of professional experience in a multilingual setting, corporations, think tanks, international orgs, public service;
  • Desirable – experience working at or closely with government entities on national and municipal level;
  • Ability to read, comprehend and report out legislative acts, regulatory norms in a concise manner to highlight impact on client business.
