Gannon University's Dahlkemper School of Business continually accepts applications for adjunct faculty in the on-site Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program with a focus in Business Analytics.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Specific needs are as follows:
  • Ideal candidates will hold a doctoral degree in business, computer science or a related field. In addition to the doctoral degree, candidates having either prior teaching experience and/or professional experience in business analytics will be given preference.
  • Adjunct faculty must have on-site availability (Center for Business Ingenuity, 900 State Street, Erie, PA); classes are one evening a week from 6:00 to 8:50 PM for the duration of a 14-week semester. Classes run in the fall, spring and summer semesters.
  • Candidates must successfully execute on the overall program objectives (below) as well as specific course outcomes:
    • Identification of external variables and technological factors that influence business performance and operations
    • Analysis and development of robust business models
    • Use of analytics-related software is required.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have a Doctorate or Master's degree with teaching or extensive professional business experience.
