Job Summary:
- Mid-to-senior level .Net Developer (10+ years), ideally with 12+ years’ experience.
- Strong background in Capital Markets and financial services application development.
- In-depth experience with Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) including OMS, PMS, and Compliance modules.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, enterprise-grade financial applications.
- Integrate .Net applications with Charles River APIs and other trading/compliance platforms.
- Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, compliance officers, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain real-time interfaces and data flows between internal systems and Charles River.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to order routing, compliance, and portfolio data.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSIS packages for data integration.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and support production deployments (CI/CD).
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years .Net development experience (C#, .NET Core/Framework, Web APIs, LINQ, multithreading).
- Significant experience with Charles River IMS (OMS, PMS, Compliance configuration/integration).
- Solid understanding of capital markets: trade lifecycle, compliance rules, FIX messaging, portfolio management.
- Experience integrating with market data feeds, execution platforms, and custodians.
- Strong SQL Server/Oracle skills for complex queries and data integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Local to Dallas, TX or Midtown NYC and able to commute onsite 3 days per week.

- Experience with Charles River API Toolkit (REST/SOAP/FIX).
- Familiarity with providers like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE.
- Cloud (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
