What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify quantities
- Operate warehouse equipment including RF/Zebra scanners and pallet jacks
- Organize and restock products to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Support shipping, receiving, and overall warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and operational standards
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or order picking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick, pack, and verify orders
- Dependable, consistent team player able to work independently and collaboratively
- Able to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication and safety
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Forklift certification a plus
