Descripcion general del trabajo

Supervisar las operaciones del equipo de housekeeping, promoviendo un entorno seguro y un servicio de calidad para lograr la maxima satisfaccion de los huespedes, proteger los activos del hotel y mantener los gastos al minimo.

Responsabilidades

Supervisar al equipo de housekeeping mediante una comunicacion abierta, capacitacion, orientacion y retroalimentacion sobre el desempeno, con el fin de garantizar la maxima eficiencia.

  • Supervisar e inspeccionar la limpieza de habitaciones, el servicio de cortesia nocturna, las areas publicas y las areas internas de operacion; garantizar el cumplimiento de los programas de prevencion de accidentes y perdidas, los procedimientos operativos estandar (SOP) y las normas y regulaciones de salud y saneamiento, para lograr un alto nivel de limpieza y satisfaccion de los huespedes.
  • Asignar tareas al personal, revisando solicitudes especiales y areas prioritarias para asegurar un flujo eficiente de la operacion de housekeeping.
  • Entregar suministros y materiales al personal al inicio de cada turno para controlar el inventario, asegurar la disponibilidad adecuada de articulos y mantener los gastos bajo control.
  • Responder a las solicitudes, inquietudes y problemas de los huespedes para garantizar su satisfaccion. Registrar los articulos en Objetos Perdidos y Encontrados y responder consultas para mantener los controles establecidos y asegurar la satisfaccion de los huespedes.
