Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION True title: Digital Systems Support Technologist Pay Rate: $25/hr - $27.hr / W2 Working Model: Fully on-site Working Hours: 8am - 4:40pm, Monday - Friday; Possibility of Saturday work Location: Horn Lake MS US, Interstate Blvd, Horn Lake Mississippi 38637 Interview Process: In person, Multiple rounds Scope - This role is designed to interact with, but replace, most of time spent by four "superusers" who are not in technology roles, do not have special skills or certifications in technology, and do not have time to keep up with the technology in use at the site. The four "superusers" are handling some issues themselves but are often the on-site connection between the operators and remote subject matter experts for troubleshooting and trouble ticket management.
