What this job involves

The Workplace Services CMMS Administrator serves as the subject matter expert for the BMRAM (Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager) system, supporting maintenance operations across Boulder and Frederick sites. This role ensures the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of maintenance operations by managing asset data, preventive maintenance programs, and work execution processes within a validated GMP environment. The position requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Serving as the BMRAM Super User and Subject Matter Expert, providing technical support and training to WPS end users across both sites
  • Managing asset information, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and materials management within the validated CMMS system
  • Initiating and completing Change Controls for new equipment commissioning, system modifications, and optimization of maintenance work plans
  • Analyzing team performance metrics, comparing against targets and benchmarks, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborating with QA, WPS Facility Engineers, Manufacturing, QC labs, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Supporting integration of new equipment from capital projects and large manufacturing expansions into the CMMS platform
  • Developing and maintaining CMMS processes, procedures, and standard operating practices to support all maintenance functions including labor records, task management, and critical parts purchasing

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be adaptable to a fast-paced, shifting work environment with changing business conditions and scheduling needs
  • Ability to work hours necessary to support production and/or maintenance activities
  • Flexible work requirements to accommodate both Boulder and Frederick site needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a comparable CMMS role within the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated experience using CMMS systems (Maximo, BMRAM, or equivalent platforms)
  • Proven ability to manage Change Controls and work within validated GMP systems
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements supporting pharmaceutical facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Revu Bluebeam
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with multi-level audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams and build strong collaborative relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large capital project commissioning and equipment integration into CMMS platforms
  • Background in asset management, preventive maintenance program development, and materials management
  • Highly skilled at influencing complex stakeholders through relationships, expertise, and data-driven insights
  • High degree of emotional intelligence to appropriately handle sensitive topics and challenging situations
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Passionate about customer service and end-user experience with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Experience establishing continuous improvement cultures and implementing corrective actions across multiple sites

Estimated compensation for this position:

60,000.00 - 70,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
