• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s individual needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a high standard of ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver cohesive, holistic care to clients.
• Engage in regular case review meetings to assess therapeutic progress, share insights, and refine treatment approaches, contributing to an ongoing culture of learning.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them on their journey to recovery.
• Stay current with the latest mental health research and incorporate new findings into evidence-based practices, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with populations from various backgrounds, ensuring that treatment is culturally sensitive and accessible. Your empathetic approach will allow clients to build resilience and find hope in their therapeutic journeys.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions with a strong ability to adapt treatment strategies to meet individual patient needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations effectively.
• A commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment, respecting the contributions of colleagues and embracing shared goals.

• Experience working within a community health clinic or outpatient setting, particularly in remote delivery of services.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities popular in the field of mental health care.
• Proficiency in teletherapy practices and utilization of telehealth platforms for effective client engagement.

• Attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contribution to the organization.
