Help write the next chapter at Hotel Thaynes-a fully renovated, reimagined Marriott Tribute Portfolio property in Park City. Come for the opening energy, stay to deliver on world-class standards every shift.

Your role:
  • Be the face of our hotel restaurant - warmly greet and assist arriving guests
  • Uphold Marriott's hospitality standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
  • Managing reservations and maintaining the waitlist.
  • Seating guests according to table availability and server sections.
  • Providing menus and informing guests of daily specials or promotions.
  • Answering phone calls and taking reservations.
  • Coordinating with servers and managers to ensure smooth table turnover.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized host stand and entrance area.
  • Assisting with takeout orders or directing guests to the appropriate area, if applicable.
  • Handling guest concerns professionally and notifying management when needed.
  • Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.
