Maintenance Coordinator We are hiring immediately a Maintenance Coordinator in our North Little Rock, AR location. If your background includes provide maintenance on our trucks and trailers without interrupting driver On Duty status, and great customer service, please apply!
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Manage assigned trucks and trailers by tracking and completing PM's, Campaigns & Recalls, Outside Maintenance Repairs, Wash and Tire Programs and Portals by updating and completing data and information. Provide maintenance on our trucks and trailers without interrupting driver On Duty status. Manage assigned trucks fuel efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures fleet efficiency by completing PM's, campaigns & recalls, receiving break down reports, contacting appropriate repair facilities by updating necessary personnel of repair time frames on assigned trucks and trailers.
2. Maintains the Warranty, Wash, Tire and Unit History Programs by compiling and entering data and information in the computer system.
3. Maintains the PM Program by ensuring proper scheduling, monitoring and coordinating repairs, anticipated delays, schedule changes, and breakdowns.
4. Manage fleet fuel efficiency of assigned units by working with Drivers towards the improvement of the equipment.
5. Provides administrative and clerical support by typing correspondence, filing and distributing documents. Works well with others within the department and company, as well as outside contacts.
6.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending and participating in appropriate training. Ensure company confidentiality.

WORKING CONDITIONS
