Job Description:

  • WORK Location: Arlington, VA
  • WORK Schedule - FT/M-F 8-5
  • The US Global Mobility (GM) analyst will provide day-to-day support to the US Global Mobility and Domestic Relocation department on transfer data and projects.
  • This includes data entry into various systems, preparation of payroll documents, and support on departmental projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day-to-day transactions such as set up of employee files and initiation of vendor services.
  • Enter international transfer information into different databases.
  • Assist the US GM members to address questions from international transfers and vendors
  • Participate in internal audits and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Calculate, prepare, and process payroll documentation (loans and W4s)
  • Maintain various tracking reports by leveraging Microsoft Office - Excel.
  • Prepare drafts of transfer documents such as offer letter, employment verification letter, etc.
  • Pull and analyze reports upon request and at scheduled intervals.
  • Ensure high data quality and consistency.
  • Support the US immigration program on data accuracy filings.
  • Support GM projects (W2 yearly distribution, salary revision, bonus, home leave, year-end, etc.).
  • Schedule meetings, book rooms, etc.

SKILLS:

  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Process oriented expertise.
  • Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience with SAP HR preferred.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • HR and/or GM experience preferred.
