Job DescriptionOur Company is preparing for the potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma which involves operational complexities for treatment sites and requires close coordination with cross-functional partners. To ensure site readiness and support consistent site execution, we are building a dedicated team of field-based operational roles to help educate treatment sites on the practical, logistical, and operational requirements necessary to onboard the product effectively, inform treatment sites about helpful workflows and tools related to this product , and sustain reliable end-to-end execution through steady-state operations following potential FDA approval.The Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) is the primary field-based point of contact for operational information and support for product treatment sites. This role educates and supports sites so that they can consistently execute the end-to-end product operational journey-from onboarding and readiness through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations. TSLs will help support sites by educating them about necessary processes, answering questions about operational issues, and supporting a reliable, seamless experience across the treatment journey. The TSL is focused on operational and process support, and not clinical treatment information. --This role requires strong knowledge of treatment-site operations, the ability to navigate complex cross-functional workflows, and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders to support reliable end-to-end site execution as well as timely issue resolution.This is a field-based, customer-facing, non-demand generating and non-promotional role. The Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) role will have responsibility for accounts in the Central Plains geography, which includes AR, KS, MO and NE.
