NAM Raw Material Procurement Category Lead About the Role:

We have a current opening for a NAM Raw Material Procurement Category Lead and are actively reviewing applications.

NAM Raw Material Procurement Category Lead job is to manage certain raw material categories including guarantee purchase of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base with alignment of Ferrero central procurement strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure supply continuity of local raw material categories with pricing, quality and delivery
  • Implement central raw material strategy in NAM
  • Manage budget for raw material categories
  • Manage central and local stakeholders in Matrix organization
  • Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-8 years procurement experience, preferably with 1-2 years of Raw Material Category management experience
  • Experience working in matrix organization
  • Knowledge of the Global Raw Material market
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and influence others
  • Ability to problem solve and set priorities
  • Master of Microsoft Excel, PPT and SAP

The base compensation range for this position is $113,026 - 150,701. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
