  • Execute engineering plans aligned with broader business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Support the development and implementation of scalable, maintainable product architectures.
  • Provide technical guidance on system design, topology selection, and key component decisions.
  • Coach and mentor engineers, fostering technical growth and high performance.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Manage full lifecycle development of UPS and power conversion systems.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meeting cost targets.
  • Apply best practices in design for manufacturability (DFM), reliability, and quality.
  • Drive system-level optimization for performance, efficiency, and power density.

Technical Leadership & Innovation

  • Contribute to hardware and firmware design, including:
  • AC-DC, DC-DC, and DC-AC power conversion
  • Control systems (PI/PID, feedforward)
  • EMI/EMC design and mitigation
  • Battery integration (Li-ion, Lead Acid)
  • Utilize tools such as MATLAB/Simulink for modeling, simulation, and validation.

  • Ensure smooth transition from development to production and ongoing lifecycle support.
  • Support compliance with safety, UL, EMC, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and certification activities.
  • Manage project-level budgets and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular project updates, including risks and mitigation plans, to leadership.
  • Act as a technical interface for internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and external design partners.

Minimum Qualifications:
