Pricing Manager

FLSA STATUS/EXEMPTION

Non-Exempt

MISSION OF THE POSITION

The Pricing Admin is responsible for updating current vendor replacement costs, setting up and maintaining customer pricing, and maintaining the Victualic rebate program. 

DUTIES FOR PRICING ASSISTANT

  1. Set up and maintain accurate SPF pricing information in Eclipse for the Victaulic rebate program.
  2. Help with month end Victaulic rebate reporting.
  3. Maintain current replacement costs and customer pricing for multiple vendors
  4. Create new part numbers for Fire protection and Fabrication departments.
  5. Research and resolve pricing and information discrepancies, assisting the sales team in correcting issues pertaining to cost/price on bids and invoices.
  6. Create and email monthly price lists to select customers.
  7. Assist with multiple branch office supply orders.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
  9. Strong attention to detail

Requirements

EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED preferred

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

N/A

EXPERIENCE

Background in mathematics, pricing products, or any other related field/training preferred 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with pricing software preferred

Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is a plus
