We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions that improve warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business problems into scalable AI products using predictive analytics, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy production AI/ML solutions using Python.
  • Develop LLM, RAG, and multi-agent AI applications.
  • Build APIs and AI services using FastAPI (or similar).
  • Implement MLOps best practices, including model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment.
  • Develop scalable AI pipelines using vector databases and modern retrieval techniques.
  • Apply Operations Research and optimization to solve supply chain problems.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable AI capabilities.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience using Python.
  • Experience building production AI solutions, including predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch
    • LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI
    • FastAPI (or similar)
    • Vector databases (PostgreSQL/pgvector preferred)
    • MLOps, model monitoring, and evaluation
    • Docker and API-based deployments
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques and Operations Research.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Strands Agents, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
