Clark College is currently seeking to fill a part-time Mathematics Professor.
This part-time position is an ongoing recruitment in which applications are collected year-round. Applicants must be available to teach the daytime, evening or weekend hours. Positions will be filled as program needs arise.
This is a part-time faculty position and is not eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.

Position Responsibilities
GENERAL FACULTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Instruct classes utilizing techniques and knowledge of the discipline that facilitate student learning.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Master's Degree in Mathematics or a closely related field (such as Statistics). Applicants who do not yet have an appropriate Master's Degree, but who will obtain one prior to date of hire, will be considered.
  • Teaching experience at the college and/or high school levels.
  • Ability to teach Mathematics AND Statistics classes appropriate to the college level.
  • Ability to work well as a member of a team.

Supplemental Information
SALARY STATEMENT: Lecture rate is $95.60/hour, and lab rate is $81.66/hour.
