Job description

Job Title

Prepare, label and distribute enteral and oral feeding orders to the NICU unit in order to optimize nutritional and immunological protection as well as growth and development.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required

Education/Licensure

High School diploma required. Ability to do complex math.

ServSafe certification strongly preferred within one year of hire or transfer.

Experience

Previous experience as pharmacy or dietetic technician and knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred. One year experience working with a hospital diet office or in a medical field strongly preferred; pediatric patient population preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities

Proficient math skills with focus on attention to detail and accuracy of output.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Basic computer skills, good organizational skills.
