Now, we're looking for skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our growing maintenance team.
Maintenance Mechanic
The Maintenance Mechanic is a key technical resource responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex print and manufacturing machinery and equipment. This position focuses on equipment reliability, root cause analysis, and preventative maintenance to support continuous production, improve uptime, and maintain safety and quality standards. What You'll Do:
  • Maintenance Mechanic provides mechanical and electrical support
  • Provides technical assistance to operators and supervisors.
  • Should be able to read and understand basic electrical control schematics, diagrams, manuals and electrical prints to repair machinery/equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance programs or proactive approach to minimizing downtime and improve production equipment reliability.
  • As required, perform minor plant maintenance duties including (but not restricted to): Replace air conditioning filters, inspections of fire extinguishers, light bulb replacement, maintaining all company tools in toll crib, minor machine maintenance, painting, carpentry, errands to pick up parts and working with experienced maintenance personnel on large-scale jobs.
What You Bring:
  • High School diploma or Equivalency
  • 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a print, manufacturing, or packaging environment, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Industrial Maintenance Technicians encouraged to apply.
  • Troubleshooting expertise across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Forklift certification or experienced required.
  • Baler experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and work orders to support complex equipment repairs.
  • Mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Physical Requirements:
  • Walking 20% | Standing 80% | Lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying 25-50 lbs. and more. | Ability to stand for extended periods. | Safely move materials weighing 500-750 lbs.| Using manual pallet trucks|
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials throughout the workday and safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.

Shifts Available: 1st shift (8:00am-4:00pm), 2nd shift (4:00pm-12:00am) 12% differential
