Job description

  • Clean all surfaces in common areas (e.g. Information Centers, Fitness Center, kitchens, restrooms) to include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning;
  • Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces including restrooms and dog waste stations;
  • Clean and maintain light fixtures and replacement bulbs.
  • Patrol grounds for trash and debris along roads, maintaining a "Clean as You Go" mindset
  • Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile, and genuine greeting
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and tidy

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least five years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, generalmaintenance.
• Previous renovation/rehab or minor construction experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, computer, printer, copier, and etc.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must maintain professional appearance.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
• Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working overtime, weekends and non-traditionalholidays.
