Job description

We are looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our Tyler, TX plant. As a Maintenance Technician with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will maintain equipment, perform mechanical repairs, and complete minor fabrication work.

About the Role 

Responsibilities:

  • Preventative maintenance on ready mix plants throughout East Texas.
  • Rebuilding parts of the stationary equipment in ready mix plants.
  • Welding, repair, and fabrication on equipment. 

About You

We Require:

  • A minimum of 1–year of experience maintaining equipment.
  • Welding and fabrication experience.
  • Good organizational and math skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Electrical knowledge.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a medical card.
  • Self-motivated.
