Pay: $15/hour | Schedule: Fall Internship
About the Role
Kittle Property Group is seeking an Office Management/HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with a strong focus on office management services. In this role, you'll provide administrative and customer support across the organization while learning the day-to-day operations that keep a thriving workplace running smoothly.
You'll contribute to Kittle Property Group's mission and values by demonstrating excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect and personalization, commitment to our community, and accountability and ownership.
What You'll Do (Essential Duties & Responsibilities)
As an Office Management/HR Intern, you'll support both office operations and HR administration, including:
- Provide front desk support by answering phones and greeting guests
- Assist with mail and package handling
- Maintain and restock office and kitchen supplies
- Provide administrative support (copying, typing letters, completing forms, and updating electronic information)
- Complete credit card authorizations and support administrative functions related to travel
- Assist with office tenant support
- Support aspects of the bi-weekly payroll process
- Help maintain employee files and related records, including confidential information
- Assist with the HRIS system
- Complete other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring (Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge)
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program and working toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field
- GPA requirements:
- Undergraduate: 3.0+
- Graduate: 3.4+
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Genuine interest in working with people and ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Language, math, and reasoning skills sufficient to interpret business materials, procedures, and regulations
