Key outcomes for the Instructional Coach are: Create instructional learning experiences for AmeriCorps members (ACMs) and staff that build the skills and knowledge necessary to reach school and student outcome measures; Support and implement an inclusive & equitable academic strategy and model for the Tier One and Tier Two spaces that ensures we reach our student outcome measures in math and literacy; while incorporating our diversity, belonging, inclusivity and equity policy work; Serve as an active member of the CY community in order to advance the site and work toward the Long-Term Impact Strategy.
