Description
Night Auditor
The Front Office is at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide them with impeccable service.
We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking professional who loves to crunch numbers in between responding to guest needs.
The Auditor will be responsible for all accounting functions and will need to communicate with the security team to ensure the safety of our guests.
The duties of a Night Auditor include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Greeting guests upon arrival; check them in and provide them with any information needed to enjoy their stay.
  • Audit and balance reports from the day shifts.
  • Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
  • Answer phones and place reservations.
  • Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts and process reservation cards.
  • Facilitate the guests' valuables in hotel safe.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and math skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and written, as well as learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • RBS Certified.

Expected Hours of Work:
  • The Night Auditor position requires overnight/graveyard shifts, typically scheduled from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Shift times may vary based on operational needs and management discretion.
  • This position may also require flexibility to work varying schedules as business needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
