The team at the VNA uses the latest technology to provide the most highly skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, social work and support services in their service area. Specialty programs include Certified Wound & Ostomy care, Diabetes Management & Education, Mental Health Nursing, Intravenous Therapy and a Maternal Wellness Program including a Lactation Consultant.
Other specialties include a Telehealth Program, a Life Care Program with private duty services, and a Hospice Program with a team of specialists providing pain and symptom management along with emotional and spiritual support to the patient and their families 24 hours a day.
Medicare/Medicaid Certified
New Hampshire and Maine Licenses in Home Health Care, Hospice, and Community Clinics
24 hour on-call nursing coverage for patients/referrals
Job Description
Full time permanent position. Flexible hours. Homecare experience preferred, but will consider a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in lieu of. Will service York County Maine and Stafford / Rockingham Counties. Excellent benefits and sign on bonus!
