Role Purpose

Support Order-to-Cash (OTC) portal activities by ensuring timely SLA compliance in portal uploads and assisting in case resolution. This role provides practical exposure to credit controls, SAP ERP, and time management within a business operations environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support SLA compliance for portal uploads.
  • Assist in managing and updating information within OTC portals.
  • Help with case resolution and follow-up of pending issues.
  • Monitor assigned activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Support credit-related operational tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of portal activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Use SAP ERP and Microsoft Office tools to support daily operations and reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Basic communication and teamwork skills.
