Overview:As a Project Manager at Vital, you will be responsible for overseeing and steering complex projects across our expanding operations in manufacturing, research, development, and product implementation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:Direct and manage the overall execution of assigned projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Project Planning:Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining tasks, allocating resources, and setting milestones. Delegate tasks effectively to project teams.
  • Budget Management:Oversee cost analysis and budget preparation. Ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints and make adjustments as needed to address any financial discrepancies.
  • Risk Management:Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential risks, and develop strategies for mitigation. Report significant risks and issues to senior management, providing recommendations for corrective actions or project adjustments.
