Job Description-
  • Manage daily on-site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide progress reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and costs, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Facilitate clear communication with clients and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify the appropriate general contractors (GCs) for project execution from a pool of options.
  • Define the scope of work and negotiate costs after evaluating multiple quotations.
  • Set project objectives and oversee the entire project lifecycle, tracking progress and assignments.
  • Coordinate with the general contractor to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, hardware, and components required for project tasks.
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to monitor and manage furniture and material deliveries from India Production to US project sites.
  • Engage with vendors, address their concerns, and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent documentation for both management and client reporting.
  • Provide guidance and instructions to workers on daily tasks.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients, team leads, and design teams to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead weekly and daily scrums at project sites with clients and general contractors.
  • Handle escalations in line with the established escalation matrix
