AGG prides itself on providing outstanding customer service and expert solutions to complex challenges. About the Opportunity Alliance Global Group is searching for an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team in support of supply chain management activities at Fort Bliss, Texas area operations. This position is contingent upon award. In this role, the Site Operations Manager manages receiving, warehousing, inventory control, materiel release order processing, transportation coordination, equipment operation, property accountability, and distribution operations. The position requires strong knowledge of defense logistics operations, warehouse procedures, safety compliance, physical security, and Government-owned/contractor-operated facility requirements. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, including warehouse utilization, inventory cycles, Care of Supply in Storage (COSIS) functions, material turn-in processing, receipt processing, packaging, and transportation activities.
Oversee discrepant shipment tracking, property control, GFP accountability, facility access coordination, safety compliance, and physical security procedures.
Ensure operations meet time standards, reporting requirements, performance objectives, quality control expectations, and customer service requirements.
Coordinate with Government personnel, CORs, transportation officers, inventory managers, and contractor leadership to resolve operational issues and maintain uninterrupted support.
Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and tracking tools for warehouse, inventory, transportation, and property accountability activities.
Serve as the site Safety Officer function by monitoring workplace safety practices, conducting routine safety checks, supporting incident prevention, and ensuring applicable safety policies and procedures are followed. Requirements Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in relevant field
Minimum of 7+ years in physical logistics or leading analytical teams
3+ years in DoD leadership
Knowledge of hazardous material procedures, AR 725-50, AR 740-26, MILSTRIP, MILSTRAP, MILSTAMP, RFID requirements, operator licensing, OSHA requirements, and Government-owned/contractor-operated facility procedures.
Ability to perform the Safety Officer function, including applying OSHA safety practices, conducting safety inspections, maintaining safety documentation, and supporting corrective actions for workplace hazards.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
Must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and the technical knowledge necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
