Position Summary: 

The Nurse Aide Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the clinical education programs and training programs required to foster growth and development of clinical staff. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and teaching a program to bridge PCA to CNA with successful completion of state certification exam. This position assumes the role in ensuring that company employees have access to educational materials and opportunities for compliance with State and Federal Regulations, Standards of Care, Saber’s Clinical Policies and Procedures, and all compliance systems.

Education/Qualifications: 

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state in which you operate.

  • Experience in nursing or related field, as primary education. Advanced clinical informatics education/training desirable but not necessary.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience, with at least one (1) year of experience in long-term care preferred.


Shift & Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available

  • Shift Needed: Starting at $38.00 per hour
