The Material Handler plays a critical role in ensuring the timely issuance of materials to support manufacturing operations and meet finished goods delivery targets. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate raw material inventory in compliance with SOPs and work instructions. The material handler will perform duties inside the cleanroom to support operations. In addition, the Material Handler supports a clean, organized, and fully functional warehouse environment to ensure operational-

efficiency and compliance. The role also contributes to continuous improvement efforts within warehouse and production operations and supports site safety initiatives to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate; Required

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment; Required

  • Adherence to all gowning requirements when in the cleanroom, including, being prohibited from wearing perfume/cologne, cosmetics, makeup, and jewelry; Required

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Required

  • Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures; Required

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment; Preferred

  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems; Preferred

  • Experience in completing documentation per GDP; Preferred

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the pay rate for this position which is $22 per hour. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
