Tire Manufacturing Production Associate
Location: Macon, GA
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour swing shift; rotates between days and nights every 28 days
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Position
We are hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced tire manufacturing facility. Employees may work in material handling, general production, extrusion, or reject tire processing based on their experience and production needs.

This company operates on a swing shift. Employees work 12-hour shifts and rotate between day and night shifts every 28 days.

Expect to get dirty and work in hot conditions. The facility is not climate-controlled, so indoor temperatures may reflect the weather outside.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate or assist with tire manufacturing machinery.
  • Load, move, organize, and label materials or tires.
  • Feed materials into machines and monitor equipment.
  • Inspect products for quality and report problems.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and communicate with maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
What We’re Looking For
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, machine-operation, or tire-industry experience is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate between days and nights every 28 days.
