Warehouse Associate

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is the pre-eminent automotive maintenance provider in the nation with over 350 locations across 21 states, leading our industry through excellence, innovation, and growth. Don't let our name fool you, in addition to our fast oil change bays, our locations can be your one-stop shop with certified technicians providing a variety of mechanical services, as well as tire services.

We are currently looking for energetic associates to join our Warehouse team where they will be active in the distribution and restocking of Parts within their market area. Our teams operate at a fast pace without compromising our focus on safety and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Warehouse Associates are heavily involved in the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of Parts
  • Maintain the distribution and re-stocking levels in conjunction with a Distribution Team within the Organization
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Ensure that inventory is accurate and organized at all times and maintain proper inventory levels
  • Identify potential inventory opportunities
  • Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems
  • Comply with OSHA, MSDS and EOC/TE standards

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse operations
  • Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Valid driver's license
  • Exposure to inclement weather
  • Ability to operate an Automobile & Box Truck
  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
  • Exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Requires walking or standing to a significant degree and entails pushing and or pulling of arm or leg controls, or requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
