This position is responsible for driving operational excellence across safety, quality, productivity, cost control, equipment reliability, and employee development.Success in this role comes from coaching and developing teams, leading continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles, and fostering a highly engaged, team-oriented culture. This leader must be comfortable working across multiple departments while maintaining strong relationships with hourly employees, maintenance, quality, engineering, and plant leadership.
