In the role of Manager, Materials Planning, working within our North America Supply Chain team, you will lead the development and execution of integrated material supply plans that ensure material availability to support customer demand across our brewery and co-manufacturing network. You will partner closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Project Management, and Brewery Operations teams to drive alignment across the end-to-end supply chain while advancing our materials planning capabilities and systems.  

This position reports to the Director, North America Material Planning and works closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Brewery Operations, and Supply Chain Excellence teams throughout North America.  

What You'll Be Brewing 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 3-5 talented colleagues (Analyst and Sr. Analyst), and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations (The analysts and senior analysts are responsible for delivering materials planning and supply chain execution excellence.)  

  • Lead the North America materials planning process, developing and executing integrated material supply plans across Molson Coors breweries and co-manufacturing operations to ensure material availability and support customer demand.  

  • Drive execution and continuous improvement of enterprise Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and systems, including integration across planning platforms such as o9 and SAP ECC and execution systems including MCMS, PackAS, and EWM.  

  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Brewery Operations, contributing insights and recommendations that support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. 

  • Partner with the Project Management Office to ensure packaging promotions are planned and executed successfully from concept and printing through brewery implementation.  \

Key Ingredients

  • You have experience working with materials planning, inventory management, production planning, scheduling, or related supply chain processes.  

  • You can analyze large amounts of information, evaluate complex issues, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.  

  • You build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across functions to achieve business objectives.  

  • You have experience using supply chain planning tools and systems, including MRP concepts and enterprise planning platforms.  

  • You communicate complex technical and analytical information in a clear and actionable way to diverse stakeholder groups.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $97,400.00 - $127,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
