Global Commercial Media & Materials Partner Manager

Location: Alpharetta, GA USA

Job Summary

This role is responsible for revenuecritical Commercial Media & Materials partner management globally. The role connects customer needs, partner value proposition, Media Certification governance, and HP Indigo technology to secure sustained print volumes, retain strategic brands, and protect market access. The position is strategic, and strongly marketfacing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Commercial Media & Materials partner manager for all regions. North America and Europe and APJ. Secure and grow Commercial revenue by aligning customer and brand requirements with certified media and HP Indigo technology.
  • Working with the broader HP Indigo teams, provide strategy, guidance and leadership for Commercial Media Certification strategy and business models.
  • Connect and work with Brands to identify and develop media related opportunities and challenges.
  • Address Commercial market challenges and opportunities (e.g., deinking, recyclability, regulatory requirements, new applications) through handson partner collaboration in conjunction with the broader HP Indigo teams.
  • Support Sales with pre and postsale media expertise.
  • Foster and assist regions to integrate partners into GTM activities, demos, evaluations, and customer engagements.
  • Drive crossfunctional alignment with R&D, Product, Sales, Operations, and Sustainability teams.
  • Identify and mitigate materialsrelated business risks while enabling scalable growth.

Impact & Scope

  • Direct ownership of Global Commercial media and materials partner strategy.
  • Translation of technical attributes of substrates and applications required in a market into scalable business solutions.
  • Delivery of significant impact on print volumes, revenue continuity, customer retention, and profitability.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.Sc. in Business Administration and/or B.Sc. in Materials Science
  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial print, media & materials, partner management, or B2B industrial environments, advantage
  • Expert knowledge of the Commercial Print Market Partner & Customer Relationship Management
  • HP Indigo Technology & Applications, advantage
  • GotoMarket experience and mindset
  • Regulatory & Sustainability Awareness
  • Complex Problem Solving

The pay range for this role is$130,700to$205,200USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
